It is made of two buildings connected over the Main street. Built in 1764.
It is said that there is a spring of running water. An exceptional value.
The owners were counts. Rich tradesmen. The seafarers that arrived to the Baltic on sailing ships.
The palace is a sign of their greatness.
But- one of the last rising buildings up of aristocratic Perast.
