19.MARKS OF TOWER BELL
Visual clues in the composition of Perast are the church towers.
In front, in the local waters of Boka, two verticals mark entrance to the town.
Church towers on the island. St.George is finished with a pyramid. The Lady of Skrpiela under a circle dome.
Four church towers dominate above Perast.
St.Nickolas. The most impressive mark on the town panorama. Support of an urban picture. It reaches the foot of the Fortress with its hight.
The Fortress assumes the tallest vertical line. The church bell of the pulled down church of the Holy Cross is highest point of Perast.
The church tower of the Monastery is on the east.
Zmajevichs' tower bell in the west.
Set up on the upper town's borders they levelled their tops with Campanela and Castela.
Alltogether they make a square of the land marks of Perast.
