The only orthodox church in Perast.
Erected in 1757.
With elements of baroque.
Faces the sea with its doorway. Its altar is not turned towards the east.
With walled in church yard, with Djuranovich palace and priest's house, makes a specific environment.
A plot next to church yard is called « Kod Moshkovita». A remnant of a Russian staying there long ago. Perhaps, Martinovich's cadets? Or those from the beginning of the 19th century?
A tall cypress is just by church.It is the tallest and most beautiful in Perast.
With a dark-green vertical line it emphases the position of the church of the Most Holy Virgin.
